Q. How do I create a Georgia Lottery Players Club account?
A. It's simple. Just go to galottery.com to sign up.
Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
A. Go to galottery.com and follow the instructions to have your password reset. You'll need to use the original email you used to open a Players Club account.
Q. How do I update my Players Club account information?
A. Just log in to your Players Club account and select Manage Profile.
Q. What should I do if I encounter a problem entering my Scratcher tickets?
A. Click on Feedback to submit your question. We will assist you via return email within 48 hours.
The more details you can provide, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.
ENTRIES AND TICKETS
Q: How does the “? Multiplier” on the back of my Multiplier Mania ticket work?
A: The “? Multiplier” on the back of your ticket multiplies the rewards you earn for that ticket in the Multiplier Mania 2nd Chance Promotion. The “? Multiplier” on the back of your Multiplier Mania ticket does not affect the results of the game on the front of your ticket, it is used solely for the Multiplier Mania 2nd Chance Promotion and only non-winning Multiplier Mania tickets are eligible for entry into the Multiplier Mania 2nd Chance Promotion.
Q. Which Scratchers are eligible for the MULTIPLIER MANIA drawings?
A. All non-winning $1, $2, $5, $10 and $20 MULTIPLIER MANIA scratcher tickets that you purchase during the sales period of the game are eligible. One Scratcher is required per entry.
Q. Can I enter the MULTIPLIER MANIA drawing more than once?
A. Yes, you may enter the drawings as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of an eligible (non-winning) $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20 MULTIPLIER MANIA Scratcher that has not yet been submitted.
Q. How can I be sure that my online entry has been submitted?
A. When an entry is accepted, a record of it appears on your My Awards page.
Q. What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the drawing?
A. Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will automatically be entered in the next scheduled drawing. Entries received after the FINAL Drawing deadline will not be included.
Q. What happens to entries that do not get picked in one of the MULTIPLIER MANIA drawings? Are they retained for future drawings?
A. No. Only entries submitted during the entry period for one of the drawings are included in that one drawing. However, all entries will be included in the Final Drawing for a chance to win the $100,000 Grand Prize.
Q. Can I throw away my Scratchers after I have entered them?
A. Yes, you may. For this promotion, you do not need to keep your non-winning Scratchers once you have successfully entered them.
Q. I live out of state. Am I eligible to enter?
A. Yes, you just need to open a Georgia Lottery Players Club account.
WINNERS AND PRIZES
Q. What are my chances of winning a prize?
A. Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received for the drawing.
Q. How do I find out if I have won a prize?
A. Winners will be notified by the Lottery using the contact information in your Players Club account, so please make sure that all of your information is up-to-date. Following winner verification, the winner's information will be posted on the Drawings and Winners page. This can take up to 72 hours.
Q. When can I expect to receive my instant cash win?
A. Please allow up to 14 working days. Checks will be sent via USPS to the address listed in your Players Club account. Your payment will be fulfilled by MDI Entertainment, LLC. Each instant win will be processed separately.
