Rules

1. Eligibility:

The Georgia Lottery Corporation's GEORGIA JACKPOT Rolling Jackpot Promotion ("the Promotion") is open to each eligible original purchaser at retail of a Georgia Lottery non-winning “GEORGIA JACKPOT^® Scratcher Game Ticket (“ENTRANT”). An Entrant must also be a legal resident of the United States, who is 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Georgia Lottery Corporation ("GLC" or "Georgia Lottery" or "Sponsor"), IGT Corporation, IGT International, BBDO Atlanta, Scientific Games Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, contractors, advertising/promotional agencies, (collectively, "Sponsors"), and immediate family members living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entries and Draws:

An Entrant may submit an entry of any non-winning GEORGIA JACKPOT ticket issued by the Georgia Lottery, along with other required information as specified on the Georgia Lottery’s GEORGIA JACKPOT promotional website at https://ga.secondchancebonuszone.com/georgiajackpot.

Draws occur on a continuous basis, meaning the deadline for one draw is immediately followed by the beginning of a new draw period. All entries are eligible for the final drawing unless otherwise disqualified in accordance with the rules. Entry deadlines are subject to change by the Georgia Lottery. Entry submission deadlines and draw dates are posted on https://ga.secondchancebonuszone.com/georgiajackpot and listed below:

On each drawing date, eligible entries will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number for eligible entries received and awarded for each drawing.

If an entry is selected that was awarded a Jackpot Multiplier (revealed at the time of entry of the ticket), that prize will be multiplied by the awarded Multiplier.

The Georgia Lottery Corporation reserves the right to conduct additional drawings and award additional prizes within the Promotion. Any amendments to the Promotion will be posted on the Georgia Lottery Corporation promotional website at https://ga.secondchancebonuszone.com/georgiajackpot.

To enter the Promotion, an entrant must be a registered member of the Georgia Lottery Players Club. Entries can be entered manually via the Georgia Lottery website or via mobile web. Mail entry is not applicable in this promotion. If you are not already a member of the Georgia Lottery Players Club, go to www.galottery.com to join.

You can only enter 30 entries per day. If you attempt to enter more than 30 entries per day, you may be disqualified. If you attempt to enter any ticket that you did not purchase, you may be disqualified. Entrants must follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Multiple entries using the same Georgia Lottery ticket and entries via automated computer scripts or other programming techniques will be disqualified. If multiple entries are submitted with the same ticket number, only the first entry submitted will be valid. If a person submits a ticket that the person did not purchase himself/herself at retail, all of that person's entries may be disqualified. Winning tickets in any of the first five drawings will not be eligible to win any prize in the final, sixth drawing.

3. Prizes:

1. GEORGIA JACKPOT – Rolling Jackpot Prizes
a) as provided herein, the Georgia Lottery will conduct five (5) draws on five (5) separate draw dates for an opportunity to win a Rolling Jackpot. As specified in the Draw Procedures, a supplemental drawing may be conducted to select a winner. If an entry is disqualified prior to the time that the draw is finalized, an alternate entry (with the multiplier associated with the alternate entry) may be substituted for the entry drawn. Each Draw may consist of more than one drawing if circumstances occur to invalidate the drawing. Regardless of the number of supplemental draws required to complete a Draw, only one Rolling Cash Jackpot Prize will be awarded for each of the determined amount based on the number of tickets sold per each draw period. If an entry is chosen that was awarded a jackpot multiplier, the Jackpot prize will be multiplied by the number designated in the awarded jackpot multiplier.

b) The Rolling Cash Jackpot is a progressive jackpot. Each jackpot will start at ten-thousand ($10,000) and will incrementally increase based on sales data collected from all eligible GEORGIA JACKPOT games from the Georgia Lottery.

In the event an alternate entry is selected, in accordance with the Draw Procedures, the jackpot multiplier shall be that of the alternate entry selected and not the original entry selected.

2. $250,000 Cash Prize¹
Regardless of the number of drawings required to complete the final draw, only one (1) prize of $250,000 (Cash Prize) will be awarded to one (1) winner in a final draw of eligible entries to be conducted after the final Rolling Jackpot draws. All non-winning Georgia Jackpot tickets ($1, $2, $3, $5, $10 and $25) entered in the promotion will be eligible for the $250,000 Cash Prize Draw.

3. $10,000 Cash Prize
There will be one (1) $10,000 cash prize awarded in the final drawing.

4. $100 Cash Prizes
There will be twenty (20) $100 cash prizes awarded for each of the six (6) drawings. The maximum numbers of winners will be 120.

¹ The cash prize may be multiplied by two (2) for a total cash prize of $500,000, by five (5) for a total cash prize of $1,250,000, or multiplied by ten (10) for a total cash prize of $2,500,000 if the entry chosen during the final draw was awarded such a multiplier. Multipliers are predetermined at the time of printing of the instant ticket, and revealed at time of entry.

4. The Interactive Game

The GEORGIA JACKPOT game will consist of a screen displaying an outer entry wheel (containing eight (8) slices and one (1) Multiplier slice), an inner Multiplier Wheel (containing three (3) different jackpot multiplier values), a Spin Button, and an Entry meter. The eight (8) slices on the outer entry wheel will contain the following values that represent the number of potential awarded entries: 1 to 250. The inner multiplier wheel will contain the following values: 2X, 5X, and 10X.

After manually entering the ticket, the player will receive two (2) spins per each non-winning GEORGIA JACKPOT instant ticket (Games GA-1489, GA-1490, GA-1499, GA-1506, GA-1507, and GA-1508) entered. After pressing the play button, the player will be presented with a wheel to spin. The player presses the spin button to spin the wheel. If, on the first spin, the pointer lands on a slice, the number of entries associated with that slice will be awarded to the player. There will be an Entry meter above the wheel to show the total entries earned during the game. The pointer will not land on the MULTIPLIER slice on the player’s first spin.

On the second spin, if the pointer lands on a slice, the number of entries associated with that second spin slice will be added to the number of entries awarded to the player on the first spin. The sum of the two spins will be displayed on the Entry meter and the interactive game ends.

If on the second spin, and on the second spin only, the pointer lands on the MULTIPLIER slice, the inner multiplier wheel will spin automatically and reveal a Bonus Entry with a Jackpot Multiplier of two (2), five (5), or ten (10). If a Bonus Entry with a Jackpot Multiplier is chosen in a Drawing, the prize associated with that drawing will be multiplied by the Jackpot Multiplier value. The number of entries awarded on the first spin, if any, and the Bonus Entry with the Jackpot Multiplier will be placed into the player’s inventory and the interactive game ends.

Players may review their inventory of Jackpot Entries and Bonus Entries with Jackpot Multipliers via the GEORGIA JACKPOT by checking the My Entries page on the GA promotional website.

If the player does not wish to play the interactive themed game, the player may hit the “skip” button to go directly to the reveal to see the player’s potential Bonus Entries or potential Bonus Entry with a Jackpot Multiplier. The Player can see any Bonus Entries or Bonus Entries with Jackpot Multiplier(s) won by checking the Drawing Entries page.

When the predetermined ticket file for an eligible ticket entered in the Game results in a wheel spin, the wheel spin shall reveal the number of Jackpot Entries and Jackpot Multiplier Entries assigned.

When the predetermined ticket file for an eligible ticket entered in the Game indicates that the play should result in a Jackpot Multiplier Entry, the Jackpot Multiplier Entry will be displayed. The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners and the approximate odds of winning a Jackpot Multiplier Entry at each Price Point.

5. Notification to the Winner:

The Georgia Lottery will contact each Winner via (i) phone call at the phone number provided, (ii) email at the email address provided, and/or (iii) certified mail at the street address provided in his/her Players Club profile upon entry into the Promotion. Jackpot Winners and the winner of $10,000 will be required to complete and sign a Winner Claim Form and return the form within twenty-one (21) days of the Drawing. Except where prohibited by law, Jackpot Winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within twenty-one (21) days of the Drawing. If, after reasonable attempts to contact a Prize Winner by the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a Prize Winner does not return the form(s) within twenty-one (21) days of the Drawing, the Prize may be forfeited. In the event a Prize is forfeited, an Alternate will be awarded the Prize.

6. General Provisions:

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) will conduct the GEORGIA JACKPOT Rolling Jackpot Promotion for an opportunity to win one of five (5) Rolling Cash Jackpot Prizes, along with smaller prizes, in six (6) separate draws according to the Official Rules provided in this document. The GEORGIA JACKPOT Instant win lottery game is comprised of a family of ticket(s) with purchase prices of $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, and $25 that correspond respectively with GLC game numbers #1489, #1490, #1499, #1506, #1507, #1508.

The Georgia Lottery Corporation, IGT Corporation, IGT International, BBDO Atlanta, Scientific Games International, Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, contractors, advertising/promotional agencies, and employees assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from this promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Taxes and any other incidental expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of a Prize Winner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall apply.

By participating in the Promotion, all participants and Prize Winners agree to the Georgia Lottery's GEORGIA JACKPOT Promotion Official Rules and the decisions of the Georgia Lottery, whose decisions shall be final in all respects and legally binding in all matters related to this Promotion. All participants and Prize Winners agree to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and Sponsors against any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage (including but not limited to property damage, personal injury and/or death), claims, actions, costs and expenses (including without limitation, all attorney's fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with his/her participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity, including but not limited to any travel-related thereto or any goods/services provided in connection with any prize. Participants further acknowledge that Sponsor and Sponsors are in no manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purposes. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees of a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms; therefore, Prize Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Prize Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, barring and disqualifying individuals who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Fulton County, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Records related to the Promotion (including, but not limited to, Entries, drawing results and winners lists) will be retained for a period of one-hundred eighty (180) days after the last drawing date.

Decisions of the President / CEO: In the event of any situation not provided for in these GEORGIA JACKPOT Official Rules, or any conflict between any provisions of these rules, the decision of the President/CEO of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, or her designee, shall be final and binding.
