Multiplier Mania Second Chance Promotion Georgia Lottery Corporation

Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

The Multiplier Mania Promotion (the “Promotion") from the Georgia Lottery Corporation is open to each eligible original purchaser at retail of a Georgia Lottery non-winning “Multiplier Mania” Scratcher Game Ticket (the “PLAYER”). A Player must also be a legal resident of the United States, who is 18 years of age or older.

Employees of the Georgia Lottery Corporation ("GLC" or "Georgia Lottery" or "Sponsor"), IGT Corporation, IGT International, BBDO Atlanta, Scientific Games Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, contractors, advertising/promotional agencies, (collectively, "Sponsors"), and immediate family members living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Entry:

To participate, a Player must submit an eligible non-winning Multiplier Mania Scratcher Game Ticket (Games #1635, #1636, #1637, #1638, #1639) via the established Entry method for this Promotion. Entries for this Promotion will only be accepted via the Internet and the official Georgia Lottery App as set forth in Section 3.

All eligible non-winning Multiplier Mania Scratcher Game Tickets will be awarded either drawing entries, as set forth in Section 5, or Instant Cash Prizes up to $200, as set forth in Section 4. All eligible non-winning tickets, other than those winning Instant Cash Prizes, received during a designated Promotion Entry Period as specified in Section 3 (“Entry Deadlines”) will be included in the applicable Prize Drawings.

3. Entries and Drawings:

A Player may submit an entry of any eligible non-winning “Multiplier Mania” Scratcher Game Ticket issued by the Georgia Lottery, along with other required information as specified on the Georgia Lottery’s Promotion website at www.galottery.com/multipliermania.

Drawings occur on a continuous basis, meaning the deadline for one drawing is immediately followed by the beginning of a new drawing period. All non-winning “Multiplier Mania” Scratcher Game Tickets are eligible for entry in the drawings, unless winning an Instant Cash Prize or otherwise disqualified in accordance with the rules. All allowed drawing entries submitted in the previous five (5) drawings will be eligible to win in the final drawing. Entry deadlines are subject to change by the Georgia Lottery. Entry submission deadlines and drawing dates are posted on www.galottery.com/multipliermania and listed below:

On each drawing date, eligible entries will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number for eligible entries received and awarded for each drawing.

The Georgia Lottery Corporation reserves the right to conduct additional drawings and award additional prizes during the Promotion. Any amendments or changes to the Promotion rules will be posted on the Georgia Lottery’s Promotion website at www.galottery.com/multipliermania.

To enter the Promotion, a Player must be a registered member of the Georgia Lottery Players Club. Entries can be entered manually via the Georgia Lottery website, mobile web or the official Georgia Lottery App. Mail entry is not applicable in this Promotion. If you are not already a member of the Georgia Lottery Players Club, go to www.galottery.com to join.

Players can only enter up to thirty (30) entries per day. If a Player attempts to enter more than thirty (30) entries per day, a Player may be disqualified. If a Player attempts to enter any ticket that the Player did not purchase, the Player may be disqualified. Players must follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Winning Multiplier Mania tickets are ineligible for entry. Multiple non-winning ticket attempts using the same Multiplier Mania Scratcher Game Ticket from the Georgia Lottery and entries via automated computer scripts or other programming techniques will be disqualified. If multiple entries are submitted with the same ticket number, only the first entry submitted will be valid. If a person submits a ticket that the person did not purchase himself/herself at retail, all of that person's entries may be disqualified.

4. Prizes:

1. A. Instant Cash Prizes

Upon entering an eligible ticket, players will be awarded either drawing entries or instant cash prizes up to $200.

Instant cash prizes are based on the price point of the Multiplier Mania Game Ticket submitted and automatically increased by the multiplier number found on the back of the corresponding Game Ticket. Eligible tickets winning Instant Cash Prizes are not eligible to earn any entries into any of the Drawings.

1. B. Drawings

The Georgia Lottery will conduct five (5) drawings on five (5) separate drawing dates for a Player to have an opportunity to win one of twenty (20) $500 prizes. On each drawing date, eligible entries will be randomly selected as prize winners from all eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period, for a total of twenty (20) winners in each individual drawing and one hundred (100) Prize Winners overall for all drawings. As specified in the Drawing Procedures, a supplemental drawing may be conducted to select a winner. If an entry is disqualified prior to the time that the drawing is finalized, an alternate entry may be substituted for the entry drawn. Each drawing may consist of more than one drawing if circumstances occur to invalidate the drawing. Regardless of the number of supplemental drawings required to complete a drawing, only twenty (20) $500 Prizes will be awarded in each drawing. A Player is eligible to win only once in each drawing.

1. C. Final Drawing

The final drawing will award one (1) $100,000 Grand Prize. All allowed drawing entries received for any of the five (5) preceding drawings will be eligible for the final drawing. The final drawing will be conducted to randomly select from all eligible entries submitted via the established entry method and by the established applicable entry deadline date.

5. Drawing Entries:

Upon entering an eligible Multiplier Mania Game Ticket, a Player will be presented with the Multiplier Mania Puzzler interactive game that awards either drawing entries or instant cash prizes. If a player decides to skip the Multiplier Mania Puzzler interactive game, they will see an animated reveal of their instant reward and their rewards will be recorded on the MY AWARDS page of the promotion Microsite.

Submitted Multiplier Mania Game Tickets that do not win an instant cash prize will receive drawing entries based on the price point of the Multiplier Mania Game Ticket submitted and automatically increased by the multiplier number found on the back of the corresponding Game Ticket as prescribed by the table below:

The Multiplier Mania Puzzler interactive game is a symbol matching game where players slide rows or columns on a tiled play area to match three or more like symbols, thus removing them from the play area. Matching more than three like symbols will result in additional tiles being removed from the play area. At the conclusion of the one-minute game an animated reveal will appear on screen confirming the pre-determined prize (cash prize or drawing entries) awarded.

6. Notification to the Winner:

The Georgia Lottery will contact each Winner via (i) phone call at the phone number provided, (ii) email at the email address provided, and/or (iii) mail at the street address provided in his/her Players Club profile upon entry into the Promotion. Any prize winner whose Winner Notification is returned undeliverable due to blocked emails, incorrect address information, or expired forwarding address notifications will forfeit the opportunity to win the prize.

The winner of $100,000 Grand Prize in the final drawing will be required to complete, sign, and return a Winner Claim form, Affidavit of Eligibility, and Liability/Publicity Release, and furnish his or her Social Security Number for federal and state tax reporting and other required withholding purposes within twenty-one (21) days of the Drawing. If, after reasonable attempts to contact a Prize Winner by the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a Grand Prize Winner does not return the form(s) within twenty-one (21) days of the drawing, the Prize may be forfeited. In the event a Prize is forfeited, an alternate will be awarded the Prize.

7. General Provisions:

The Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) will conduct the Multiplier Mania Second Chance Promotion for the opportunity for an eligible Player to win one of twenty (20) $500 prizes in each of five (5) separate drawings and an opportunity for an eligible Player to win one (1) $100,000 Grand Prize in a final drawing according to the Official Rules provided in this document. The Multiplier Mania Second Chance Promotion is comprised of a family of Multiplier Mania Scratcher Game Tickets with purchase prices of $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20 that correspond respectively with GLC game numbers #1635, #1636, #1637, #1638, and #1639.

The Georgia Lottery Corporation, IGT Corporation, IGT International, BBDO Atlanta, Scientific Games International, Inc., MDI Entertainment, LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, contractors, advertising/promotional agencies, and employees assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from this Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Taxes and any other incidental expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of a Prize Winner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations shall apply.

By participating in the Promotion, all participants and Prize Winners agree to the Multiplier Mania Second Chance Promotion Official Rules and the decisions of the Georgia Lottery, whose decisions shall be final in all respects and legally binding in all matters related to this Promotion. All participants and Prize Winners agree to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and Sponsors against any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage (including but not limited to property damage, personal injury and/or death), claims, actions, costs and expenses (including without limitation, all attorney's fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with his/her participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity, including but not limited to any travel-related thereto or any goods/services provided in connection with any prize. Participants further acknowledge that Sponsor and Sponsors are in no manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees of a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms; therefore, Prize Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Prize Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, barring, and disqualifying individuals who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Fulton County, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Records related to the Promotion (including, but not limited to, Entries, drawing results and winners lists) will be retained for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days after the last drawing date.
